Roles and Responsibilities
  • Proven experience developing against a multitude of modern MV*MVC frameworks and libraries like Angular/Backbone/React
  • Good interpersonal skills and experience communicating with and managing the expectations of both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Extensive experience consuming web services, designing end-to-end unit integration automated test suites for all components
  • Create configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments, application deployment, web security
  • Expert level competency in Javascript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience in visual design tools is preferred. E.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
  • Experience with distributed source control systems. Preferably Git
  • Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability
  • Experience with any of the responsive libraries Bootstrap, Material or Foundation.+3
  • Experience in using Jasmine, Karma, PhantomJS, Jenkins, Yeoman, Bower, Grunt, GIT, SASS LESS, JSHint, JSLint in previous projects is definitely a plus

Solution Architect (Exp: 7+ yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities
  • 7+ years of implementation experience on Salesforce and Force.com platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations.
  • At least 2 years of experience of architecting and designing applications on Salesforce and Force.com platform.
  • Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies.
  • Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs.
  • Ability to design and provide solutions using Salesforce.com out of box features and custom development tools.
  • Proven experience in Presales activities such as RFP response, solution design and effort estimation.
  • Knowledge in web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
