Business Challenge

• The client wanted to implement a system where the Stock declaration from all the employees could be made for the strategy and compliance department to approve or reject the stock trading for a specific company or companies.

• Once the stocks were approved for trading, the employee had to execute the trade before the expiry of the approval and must declare all the stocks within stipulated timeframe. The list of prohibited stocks could be used by the compliance team or directors only.
