  • Client needed a robust, mobile application to enable mobile-to-lead functionality for its sales representatives. This application needed to be built for all leading platforms: Android, iOS, Blackberry and Windows.

  • Eternus Solutions reviewed the client’s business requirements and its existing CRM implementation

  • The development team developed a mobile app based on HTML5/CSS3 for all leading platforms: Android, iOS, Windows and Blackberry that would capture the information about the lead being created

  • After providing the requisite details for creating a lead, once the user tried to save the details, a Web API application would be invoked. This Web API application developed on C# would consist of all the necessary API calls to CRM and take the configuration details required to communicate with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM from the mobile app itself for storing the lead information in the prescribed format.

  • Eternus Solutions team ensured that the leads were assigned to respective users (in this case Sales Managers) from within the mobile app. This was done through requisite configurations within the mobile app.

  • This mobile app was taken as a basic application and advanced functional modules were developed for adding accounts, contacts and other required custom entities from within the mobile app itself
