Client is one of the most diversified India-based Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) in the market catering to more than 5 million customers across the country. They pride themselves for holding the highest credit rating of FAAA/ Stable for any NBFC in the country today. Their product offerings include Consumer Durable Loans, Personal Loans, Loan against Property, Small Business Loans, Two-wheeler and Three-wheeler Loans, Construction Equipment Loans, Loan against Securities and Insurance Services.

Business Challenge

  • The client needed a solution to –

    • Improve lead data extraction efficiency from a massive database of around 1.8 million records in a precise manner

    • Increase the lead conversion rate

    • Extract lead information faster and market their product offerings to customers in an automated manner using various channels such as Email, SMS & Tele calling

  • Previously these activities were a manual affair, which lacked in –

    • Accuracy

    • Speed of extraction

Solution Strategy

To address the business requirement, client gave a mandate to Eternus Solutions to implement a new solution. Eternus Solutions team reviewed the client’s business objectives and worked with the client’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to implement a new scheduling system based on Force.com’s Batch Apex and Apex Scheduler technologies.

Eternus Solutions team was approached to this solution is the following manner:

  • Prospect data points were loaded at each branch on a daily or weekly basis. The new data points were segregated into clusters based on the business data available and classified into channel buckets based on their ageing in the system.

  • The leads were processed through a series of marketing campaigns depending upon their cluster and assigned channel buckets until they were converted into opportunities for business.
